Performance Marketing Specialist (ROI Lead)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Hybrid)

Remuneration Structure: 15% - 20% of the Ad Management Fee Service Fee per client.

Role Type: Gig-Worker / Performance Partner

The Mission: You are the "Growth Scientist." Your job is simple: Turn ad spend into high-quality leads and sales. You don't care about "likes"—you care about ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Management: Technical setup and daily optimization of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEM.
• Conversion Focus: Create and manage A/B tests for headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
• Data Briefing: Work with the SMM and Creative Team to request specific "Conversion-Focused" assets (e.g., Lead-gen videos, Offer banners).
• Technical Analytics: Mastery of GA4, Pixel tracking, and Tag Manager to ensure 100% accurate reporting.
• Strategy & Scale: Provide monthly deep-dive analyses to the client on Lead Quality, CPL, and ROAS.

1. Technical Mastery: You live inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Dashboard.
2. Analytical Mind: You can look at a spreadsheet and immediately see where the budget is being wasted.
