The Mission:

You are the "Brain" of our operations. In this full-stack role, you act as the strategic bridge between our clients and our creative execution team. You don't just run ads; you conceptualize the "hook," write the story, and lead a specialized team of AI Artists, Designers, and Editors to bring that story to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• 360° Digital Strategy: Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), and Performance Marketing (Meta/Instagram Ads).
• The Creative Bridge: Translate client goals into monthly content calendars and clear creative briefs for our production team.
• Bilingual Copywriting: Craft persuasive, culturally relevant copy and video scripts in fluent Malayalam and English.
• Client Success: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, reporting, and long-term retention.
• Performance Optimization: Constantly analyze data to improve ROI and lead quality, providing feedback to the creative team on what works.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in Digital Marketing with a proven track record in performance-based campaigns.
• Creative Instinct: You can visualize a concept and guide artists (Designers/AI Artists) to execute it perfectly.
• Communication: Mastery of written and spoken Malayalam and English is non-negotiable.
• Technical Stack: High proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit who is motivated by performance-linked earnings.

💰 Performance-Based Remuneration

• Monthly Base Commission: Earn 20% - 25% of the monthly retainer fee for every client account you manage.
• Retention Bonus: Fixed bonuses for every 3 months of successful client contract renewal.
• KPI Incentives: Project-specific bonuses for hitting Lead/ROAS targets.
• Hybrid Freedom: Work where you are most productive, with occasional strategy meets at our Kakkanad office.
