🎨 Job Summary

Title: Graphic Designer & Visual Communications Specialist (Commission-Based)

Compensation Model: Gig Worker / High Commission (30% - 50% of service charges billed)

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Hybrid Model Available)

We are seeking a highly talented and efficient Graphic Designer to join our team as a performance-based Gig Worker. This role offers an extremely competitive commission structure, directly rewarding your creative output and efficiency. You will be responsible for translating client visions into compelling visual assets across all our media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Execution: Design and deliver a wide range of assets, including:

• Social Media Graphics (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Digital Ads and Banners
• Branding elements (Logos, Visual Identity Guidelines)
• Print materials (Brochures, Flyers, Posters)
• Presentation and Report templates

Client Briefing & Revisions: Receive creative briefs from the operations team or directly from clients. Manage feedback and execute revisions quickly and accurately to minimize project turnaround time.

File Management: Ensure all deliverables are correctly formatted (RGB/CMYK, resolution, file type) and organized for production or web use.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to client brand guidelines while maintaining high aesthetic standards.

Communication: Effectively communicate creative concepts and rationale to clients in fluent Malayalam and English.

Mandatory Requirements 

• Portfolio: A robust, professional portfolio showcasing versatility across various design disciplines (digital and print).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work with minimal revision cycles.
• Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Malayalam and English is essential.
• Mindset: Highly motivated by a performance-based, commission structure and dedicated to delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  

Advantageous Skills

• AI Proficiency: Experience using Generative AI tools (like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Veo, Flow, or Leonardo AI) to create conceptual visuals, accelerate ideation, or quickly generate background assets.
• Familiarity with UX/UI concepts or Figma.
