We are seeking a highly driven Operations & Creative Vendor Manager to join our team as a dedicated Gig Worker. This is a high-autonomy, performance-based role where your earnings directly reflect your efficiency and project management skills.
You will be the vital link connecting our clients with our in-house team and external freelance experts, driving the execution of high-impact creative and digital marketing campaigns.
What You'll Be Managing (The Scope)
This role requires end-to-end management of client projects once a sale is closed, covering a wide array of services:
Creative Production: Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Reels, Generative AI Video, and Website Development.
Digital Marketing: Ad Campaign Setup, SEO/SEM tasks, Social Media Strategy implementation, and overall Advertising service delivery.
Your Performance-Driven Responsibilities
🤝 Client Handover & Coordination: Seamlessly onboard clients post-sale and serve as the primary communication bridge between the client, in-house staff, and external vendors.
⚙️ Project & Vendor Management: Translate client requirements (creative and digital marketing) into clear scopes, timelines, and budgets.
🎯 Vendor Sourcing & Assignment: Select and assign tasks to the best-fit freelance vendors for Creative works, Website Development, and Digital Marketing/Advertising execution.
📈 Quality Assurance & Delivery: Rigorously follow up with all vendors, perform quality control on all final deliverables, and manage client revisions until the work is approved and client satisfaction is 100%.
🤝 Freelancer Recruitment (Bonus): Utilise your experience to actively source and onboard new high-quality freelance vendors to expand our execution capabilities.
Compensation Model & Benefits
Commission-Based: This is a Gig Worker role with a high-potential earning structure. You will receive 15-20 of the service charges billed in every client invoice. Your income is directly tied to the volume and success of the projects you manage.
Location: Hybrid working model based out of our Kakkanad, Kochi office.
Autonomy: Freedom to manage your time and your preferred network of freelancers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Language Fluency: Fluent in written and spoken Malayalam and English. (Crucial for client communication).
Experience: 2+ years in Project Management, Account Management, or Operations, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency.
Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of both the Creative production process and Digital Marketing/Advertising campaign steps.
Traits: Exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
Financial Comfort: Comfortable and motivated by a performance-based commission structure.
