Social Media Manager (SMM) & Brand Storyteller

Location: Kakkanad, Kochi (Hybrid)

Remuneration Structure: 15% - 20% of the SMM Service Fee per client.

Role Type: Gig-Worker / Performance Partner

The Mission: You are the "Voice and Face" of our clients. You manage the daily pulse of the brand, ensuring they stay relevant, trendy, and engaged with their audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Planning: Develop 30-day organic content calendars (Reels, Stories, Posts).
• Bilingual Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and scripts in both Malayalam and English (leveraging AI tools to ensure perfect grammar and tone in both).
• Creative Coordination: Act as the Lead Brief-Writer for the AI Artists and Designers. You define the "look and feel."
• Client Happiness: Act as the primary daily contact for clients, managing approvals and community engagement.
• Monthly Reporting: Track organic growth, reach, and engagement metrics.

Top 3 Requirements:

1. Trend Awareness: You know what’s viral on Instagram/TikTok before everyone else.
2. AI Fluency: Expertise in using AI (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini) to brainstorm and translate content.
3. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for daily client interaction.
