Hospital IT Administrator cum PRO

This is a hybrid role requiring a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for maintaining the hospital’s digital infrastructure while serving as a key bridge between the hospital, its patients, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities

Part 1: IT Administration

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and troubleshoot the hospital’s Local Area Network (LAN), servers, and Wi-Fi systems.
• HIS/EMR Support: Provide end-user support for the Hospital Information System (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records. Ensure data backup and security.
• Hardware Maintenance: Manage and repair (or coordinate repairs for) desktops, printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.
• Inventory: Keep a detailed log of all IT assets and software licenses.

Part 2: Public Relations (PRO)

• Patient Advocacy: Act as a first point of contact for patient grievances, ensuring concerns are addressed professionally to maintain the hospital's reputation.
• Community Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, government bodies, and corporate clients.
• Branding & Marketing: Assist in digital marketing efforts, manage the hospital’s social media presence, and coordinate local health camps or seminars.
• Internal Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between medical staff and administrative departments.
